Food

In Bari and Puglia as general food are sample and really good. It's still very easy to find fresh and genuine fruits and vegetables in one of the street markets in the city.

In Puglia you have some local specialties as: Orecchiette con cime di rape, Panzerotto, Sgagliozze, Riso Patate e Cozze, tasty local cheese ( Mozzarella, Burratta, Straciatella, Scamorzza, Ricotta) and a lots of pasta with all kind of vegetable.

You can find this products into the small shops around the city or in one of the many small restaurants that you can easily find while walking among the old town.
